Our Fee Structure

We believe in providing the highest quality in patient care without compromise, as such we are a self-pay, fee-based practice. Full payment is expected prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not accept insurance.

New patient 1st consultation – $595

   (90 minutes face to face with practitioner) 

    • Review individual health goals
    • Review current medications, supplements, and medical history including timeline
    • Review medical symptom questionnaire
    • Review readiness assessment
    • Review individual health information
    • Complete medical grade Body Composition Analysis revealing body water, body fat, muscle mass, and overall health status
    • Receive initial foundational supplement protocols
    • Review initial lab results

1st follow up visit – $295

(45 minutes face to face with practitioner) 

    • Review progress with assigned protocol
    • Plan new testing as indicated

Additional follow up visits – $195

(30 minutes face to face with practitioner)

    • Revise goals and plan new testing

Cancellation & Reschedule

As a Functional Medicine practice, our team expends multiple hours in preparation for your appointment and treatment program. Additional expenses are incurred for materials and medical supplies. We have the following cancellation/reschedule policy.

Cancellation Fee

  • Notice greater than 7 business days – $50.
  • Notice less than 7 business days – no refund.

Reschedule Fee

  • Notice greater than 2 business days – no charge.
  • Notice less than 2 business days – $150
