Occasional Care

  • Health Status: I am basically healthy but occasionally need acute care – ex.: urinary tract infection, sinus infection, allergies, etc.
  • I have some chronic health conditions which I don’t mind managing with prescription medications – ex.: diabetes, high cholesterol, depression, etc.
  • Insurance/expenses: If I have insurance, I plan to utilize it for standard labs.

For the patient who’s running along steadily and just needs to check/confirm health conditions from time to time
